Keane Barry has continued his brilliance so far this year with victory over Maikel Verberk to win Event Five in the PDC Challenge Tour.

Barry will already make his debut on the PDC ProTour next year after winning a Tour Card and World Championship spot through the PDC Development Tour but has brought that form into the return of the Challenge Tour.
Before he saw off Verberk, he defeated Kieran Evans (5-1), Callum Francis (5-3), Rusty-Jake Rodriguez (5-2), Scott Williams (5-2), Chris Quantock (5-2) before then defeating Matthew Dennant (5-2) to reach the final where he defeated the Dutchman 5-4.
Dennant now sits top of the PDC Challenge Tour Order of Merit ahead of Scott Mitchell and Keane Barry after reaching the semi-finals seeing off Fallon Sherrock who was one of the leading lights in the opening events.
'The Queen of the Palace' defeated David Evans (5-0), Wes Newton (5-2) and Lewy Williams (5-3) before falling to 'The Scholar'.
Also she hit a 110 average in her second match of the day but can the Milton Keynes ace continue that into the next event?
