Beau Greaves beats Noa-Lynn van Leuven and grabs double at Women's Series at Wigan

Beau Greaves also won the second tournament of the day at the PDC Women's Series on Saturday. She took the Women's Series 18 title by defeating Noa-Lynn van Leuven in the final.

Greaves easily made it to the final match after wins over Brieg Ramsey (4-0), Aiofe McCormack (4-0), Trina Gulliver (4-2), Rhian O'Sullivan (5-0) and Denise Cassidy (5-2). Van Leuven was too strong for Chris Savvery (4-0), Ros Hemmings (4-3), Angela Kirkwood (4-2), Fallon Sherrock (5-0) and Aileen de Graaf (5-2).
In the final, Van Leuven managed to take a 3-0 lead. Greaves narrowed the deficit to 3-2, before Van Leuven made it 4-2 with a 22-darter. The Dutchman then had two turns to decide the match in the seventh leg, but failed on the doubles. With an 18-darter and a 21-darter Greaves came back to 4-4, after which the Englishman won the match with an 18-darter.
How much prize money is up for grabs at the PDC Women's Series?
If at least 128 players participate, the PDC Women's Series participants will be awarded prizes from the last 64, with fifty pounds for reaching this round. If there are fewer than 128 players, the counter only starts running from the last 32. In that case they do collect one hundred pounds.
This amount eventually keeps increasing. A final place already earns 1,000 pounds anyway. The winner of the tournament receives 2,000 pounds in prize money. The number one of the final ranking gets to compete at the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship, while the number two also gets to compete at Alexandra Palace.

I think if he stuck around the BDO he definitely would have been World Champion, should have won in 2014, he never really showed any of his talent in the PDC. - This is exactly what I mean,littler survives the 1st round,I think you'll find a lot of other players did. Can you just report on the real sport,and not just 1 person. I like Luke,but this is getting boring now,as Kevin painter once said to Taylor!!
