Andy Boulton and Marcel Hausotter sealed qualification for the Dutch Darts Championship (28-30 April) at the Associate Member Qualifier on Wednesday.
The Associate Member Qualifier allows players who participated in the Q-School but did not win a Tour Card to compete. The Dutch were excluded from taking part in this qualifier as there will be a Host Nation Qualifier later for the Euro Tour tournament in Leeuwarden.
Boulton defeated Joshua Hermann (5-0), Manuel de Vreede (5-2), Danny Tessmann (5-2) and Thomas Kohnlein (5-1) on his way to qualification. Hausotter surprisingly won over Stefan Bellmont (5-2) in the first round and was then also too strong for Andre Kuersten (5-1), Markus Kessler (5-3) and Simon Trommler (5-3).
