Dave Chisnall is the final player through to the semi-finals of the World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam defeating Raymond van Barneveld.
Chisnall didn't have it easy in the slightest though against the Dutch legend who was in his final campaign on home soil.
He had to come from 7-5 down to win 10-8 as the St Helens ace himself may seek a golden opportunity to claim a first TV title later today.
To begin the tie, it was very much close with the duo exchanging legs but no-one could find a break despite Barney going close as Chizzy went into the break 3-2 up.
The Dutch legend came back after the break and hit a brilliant 117 checkout which in itself levelled the tie up at 3-3. He added to that with a break of throw with a 14 darter as well as a hold which saw him hit a 127 checkout and go 5-3 up.
As a result at the next interval, it was Barney that had the upperhand with him up at 6-4. It seemed like he was closing in on victory at 7-5 up but from there a break of throw saw Chisnall back at level pegging at 7-7.
Three legs in a row saw him take the lead 8-7 as the match flipped on his head. The real finishing blow was a 92 checkout which saw him hit double 18's and from there he concluded proceedings in a 10-8 win.
