A second new destination will play host to the World Series of Darts in 2020 with the Nordic Darts Masters set to be held at Forum Copenhagen between June 12-13.

This event joins the US Darts Masters; which will be held at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The event will last two days in the Danish capital; it will see eight leading PDC stars face off against eight players from Scandinavia.
"Launching this tournament with NENT Group; is a milestone in darts' ongoing global growth story," said PDC Chief Executive Matthew Porter.
"Guaranteeing the participation of top players at a fantastic arena in the centre of beautiful Copenhagen for the Nordic Darts Masters; will make for a truly great experience for spectators and viewers, as well as a fantastic opportunity for players across the region."
Further World Series events are set to be confirmed in due course for 2020; but with the European Tour not returning to Denmark next year, it is seemingly a good move to replace that by the PDC.
