The action in the PDC Home Tour continues on Saturday night with Rob Cross and Ryan Searle claiming early victories, while Luke Woodhouse has crashed out early doors.
Cross began proceedings by seeing off
Daniel Larsson in a 6-3 victory with 6/9 on the doubles as he looks to move through as one of the highest ranked players still involved in the
PDC Home Tour.
Searle has been one of the most in-form players this season winning a PDC ranking title and he has also claimed an early victory defeating
Luke Woodhouse in a 6-4 win with a high checkout of 146 as well as an average of 98.8.
Woodhouse from there crashed out of the tournament with a game to spare as Larsson capitalised after the former blew a 5-3 lead and missed a match dart. This allowed the Swede to win in a last leg decider.
The players who win Groups One-Four will go onto Semi-Final One on Wednesday June 3 with the winners from Groups Five-Eight set to play on Thursday June 4 before that aforementioned Championship Group.
All games will be best of 11 legs and each night’s action will commence at 1930 BST, darts commentator Dan Dawson will be on hand to talk through proceedings; which will also include live score graphics on screen.
All PDC Home Tour action will be broadcast live
on PDCTV for free to all registered PDCTV users; regardless of whether you have a paid or free membership.
In addition all live-scores can be followed
on DartConnect; with match statistics being available after every match.
