Cross up 41 spots after first title of 2023, De Decker surges into top ten in updated Players Championship Order of Merit

The Players Championship Order of Merit has been updated after the 11th tournament of 2023 which was won by Rob Cross on Saturday afternoon.

Cross began the weekend sat in 53rd place with the top 64 qualifying for the Players Championship Finals in Minehead, but after adding £12,000 to his ranking sits 12th.

Dirk van Duijvenbode still has a healthy lead atop the standings, with Krzysztof Ratajski who ended the last ProTour action with a title displacing Ryan Searle for the second spot.

Mike de Decker looks set for a potential World Matchplay debut in July and it is easy to see why with the Belgian using his final spot yesterday to move from 25th to 8th.

Radek Szaganski after reaching the semi-finals is up to 49th, while Niels Zonneveld is also a big riser into 36th.

11th and 14th see Jonny Clayton and Michael van Gerwen who after early exits yesterday in Leicester have moved out of the top 10.

Peter Wright who is not playing this weekend is 133rd, Michael Smith only just sits inside the top 64. While Gerwyn Price is into the top 20 after a good run yesterday.

After all Players Championship tournaments, the best 64 players compete in the Players Championship Finals. This tournament will be played in Minehead from 24 to 26 November.
