Joe Cullen left Berlin’s Premier League Darts Finals Night emotional but not for good reason as he spurned multiple chances to seal glory against Michael van Gerwen.
Cullen spoke afterwards and was gutted and devastated despite ending a brilliant campaign showcasing why he was included as a debutant this year.

“Michael is a fantastic player and a fantastic champion, but I am absolutely gutted,” admitted Cullen.
“I cannot believe I’ve lost, but credit to Michael, he is a great guy and a wonderful champion.
“I think the second leg cost me, missing three at 32 for a break of throw. I’m absolutely devastated.”
