Cullen produces 170 finish to beat Huybrechts, Chisnall stunned by Labanauskas

Joe Cullen reached the final day at the European Darts Grand Prix after an clinical 6-3 win over Kim Huybrechts in the second round.

The Bradford ace won four of the first five legs, before leading 5-3 after eight legs. Huybrechts left double 4 after twelve darts in the ninth leg, but Cullen produced a stunning 170 checkout to blow away Huybrechts' hope of a comeback.

Cullen will face Darius Labanauskas in the third round on Sunday afternoon as Lucky D caused an upset against Dave Chisnall. Jose de Sousa whitewashed the German qualifier Ricardo Pietreczko, while Jamie Hughes edged out Steve Lennon after a leg-decider.
