Dolan winless against compatriot Rock, but there's a good reason for that

Josh Rock went down against Michael Smith in the third round of the European Darts Matchplay last weekend.

Just one round earlier, Rock had won 6-0 over Brendan Dolan. Rock has now played Dolan five times and won on each occasion.

Dolan should not be ashamed, however, Rock achieved a tremendously high level each and every time the pair have faced off. The 22-year-old Northern Irishman recorded averages of 110, 122, 101, 99 and 107, respectively.

Rock is considered one of the best up and coming talents on the Pro Tour and has already moved up to 29th in the world rankings.
