Dutchman Jeffrey de Graaf set to switch allegiances after receiving Swedish citizenship

Jeffrey de Graaf has played at the World Championship six times (twice in the PDC) representing the Netherlands in the process but he will soon be eligible to play for Sweden.

Confirmed by Daniel Larsson, he joked that he will become Jeffrey Graafson after the question was asked about whether he could play Nordic and Baltic.

A Tour Card holder from 2017-2019 after switching over to the PDC, he was unsuccessful at a return to the tour at Q-School.

He has lived in Sweden for a number of years with his girlfriend and supposedly is set to receive his citizenship this month.

Kevin Doets is another example of a player who lives in Sweden despite coming from the Netherlands but doesn't show any signs of switching allegiances himself.
