Luke Littler couldn't go to Q-School by a few days due to his birthday being on the 21st January and not being eligible until he is 16 but 'The Nuke' who has been a standout on both men's and boys WDF events and JDC has qualified for the UK Open at the first time of asking.
Instead of celebrating his 16th birthday, he went for the rigors of Riley's and played in Chorlton winning through and will take his place as an amateur qualifier between 3-5 March in Minehead.
Playing at the WDF World Championship at 15, he has produced some massive averages and won the JDC World Youth Championship this past December at the Ally Pally and can play Development Tour this season. A qualifier the Tour Card holders will want to avoid.
