Matthew Edgar as per usual did a wrap up video after the latest round of the PDC Super Series events.
Edgar on his YouTube channel Edgar TV discussed his own results and said he was ‘proud’ to play the way he did due to some personal issues as of late.
“The timing was better and I think that shows with a couple of results we managed to pick up along the way,” said Edgar.
“Still not quite up to full speed with that but I was dealing with something this week going on in my personal life at the same time so I’m really proud of how I managed to come through that as well with what was going on.”
He also spoke about what bubble life is like at the moment and his hopes to for example share a hotel room with another player when the roadmap starts to lift restrictions in time for the next Super Series.
“In terms of the behind the scenes, what’s it like there’s not really much I can share with you because literally the whole time is in your hotel. You’re either in your room or the venue.
“Hopefully soon we’ll be able to leave the hotel for social purposes, maybe sharing rooms again which would be nice. I think this will be the last Series played under these conditions. I can tell you that 128 players on the professional tour are all going to be very grateful when things get back to some form of normality.”
