Entries Players Championship 11 and 12: Littler, Van Gerwen Aspinall, Clayton and Price miss out, Humphries, Van Veen, Bunting, Anderson among those involved

The Players Championship events just keep on coming in 2026. We are already into double digits in the number of tournaments having been played, with another two coming into sight. With the action edging nearer, some notable names have withdrew from the tournament.

The Tour Card holders, supplemented by call-ups via the Challenge Tour, are expected at Arena MK in Milton Keynes on Monday, 04/27 and Tuesday, 04/28 for Players Championship 11 & 12.

Seven Tour Card holders have not entered these two floor events, including some big names. Nathan Aspinall, Jonny Clayton, Luke Littler, Pero Ljubic, Pascal Rupprecht, Michael van Gerwen and Gerwyn Price are the seven players who have chosen to skip the upcoming Pro Tour block in advance.

They are replaced by Joe Hunt, Derek Coulson, Tommy Lishman, Aden Kirk, Martijn Dragt, Jack Tweddell, Nathan Potter, who have received call-ups thanks to their results on the Challenge Tour.

While some big names will be absent, a stacked lineup in Milton Kenes is still on show to compete for the titles over two days of action. The likes of Gary Anderson, Stephen Bunting, Chris Dobey, Luke Humphries, Josh Rock, Gian van Veen and James Wade will all be in the hunt. Last time out, Dobey took home the title in Players Championship 9 while an outstanding Wessel Nijman added a third floor triumph in 2026 with glory in Players Championship 10.
