The action is towards its halfway stage on the latest day of the MODUS Icons of Darts League with David Evans leading the way so far with three wins from four.

Evans began the day with a defeat to Keane Barry in which he lost out 5-2 with a 94.8 average and 55% on the doubles from the young Irishman.

He bounced back though in style defeating Martin Adams 5-2 and doubled his points tally with victory over Jose Justicia 5-1. It was three in a row with victory over Scott Marsh 5-2.

Martin Adams and Keane Barry have played one less game and sit second and third after impressive starts to the day.

The former in particular has seen off Keane Barry 5-2 with a 103.5 average hitting 5/5 on the doubles and produced another clinical win over Diogo Portela. Today's proceedings are far from being confirmed.

There will be 15 games a day which will be best of 9 legs with two Pools set to be involved as usual. It begins everyday as a result at 10:30 am running till 5:00 pm and sees live action continue.
