The first European Tour of 2023 is set to take place this weekend between 24-26 February in the form of the Baltic Sea Darts Open taking place in Kiel.
Luke Humphries and Michael van Gerwen who were the standouts on the European Tour last year are top seeds alongside Damon Heta, Rob Cross, Peter Wright with Michael Smith and Gerwyn Price also among those involved.
Through the Tour Card Holder qualifier, Raymond van Barneveld, James Wade, Steve Beaton and Adrian Lewis all secured their spots alongside the Associate Member Qualifiers in Martijn Dragt and Jeroen Mioch.
With most of the European Tours in Germany, Gabriel Clemens and Florian Hempel as the top two Germans not qualified seal their spots alongside Niko Springer and Lukas Wenig with Dennis Nilsson and Filip Šebesta coming from Nordic and Baltic and East European respectively.
