From September 8 to 10, the German Darts Open is on the program at the Sparkassen-Arena in Jena. A field of 48 players will battle for the title at the eleventh Euro Tour tournament of the season.
The top-16 on the placement list will stream into the tournament from the second round. These names include Dirk van Duijvenbode, Danny Noppert, Luke Humphries, Dave Chisnall, Josh Rock, Rob Cross, Joe Cullen, Peter Wright and Nathan Aspinall.
The 32 remaining participants will start the German Darts Open from the first round. Among others, James Wade, Simon Whitlock, Kevin Doets, Gian van Veen, Stephen Bunting, Brian Raman, Mike de Decker, Ricky Evans and Cameron Menzies managed to qualify through the Tour Card qualifying tournament.
