The
German Darts Open Tour Card Holder Qualifier has taken place on Monday afternoon, with 24 players finding their way into the 11th
European Tour of the season in Jena.
James Wade,
Simon Whitlock,
Gian van Veen,
Stephen Bunting and
Daryl Gurney were among the leading lights. They will play between September 8-10 at the Sparkassen Arena, a staple of the European Tour.
While the second qualifier is currently ongoing which will take shape for the Hungarian Darts Trophy between September 22-24 at the BOK Sportcsarnok in Budapest. Another familiar landing spot for the European Tour.
24 players will also win through that. The winners of the below results all won through and will take their spot alongside the already qualified players including Dave Chisnall, Damon Heta and Luke Humphries who are top seeds. Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith and Gerwyn Price are all absent.
