The schedule has been revealed ahead of the Fourth Round at the 2021 UK Open in Milton Keynes which is set to take place this evening with the big names coming into the fray.
Main Stage in particular has that feeling with Gary Anderson kicking proceedings off with another tie against rising Dutchman, Dirk van Duijvenbode.
Following that is a battle of former World Champions as Michael van Gerwen aims to get his season on track as he defends his UK Open title.
He faces 'Scotty Dog' Scott Mitchell who will make his first PDC main stage appearance as a full PDC Tour Card holder.
Gerwyn Price pulled out of the last two days of the Super Series and has admitted he isn't back to 100% but can Peter 'The Rock' Hudson take advantage of that. A solid player who has been in since Round One, will the game time help him see off the World Champion and World Number One.
Finally Peter Wright will face Dave Chisnall in one of the ties of the round to end proceedings on the Main Stage.
Stage Two has been seen by many as usual as being as good as the Main Stage.
Mervyn King who has been in scintillating form as of late will face Grand Slam champion, Jose de Sousa. Andy Hamilton continues his return with a tie against Rob Cross.
While in two ties that could in particular grace the Main Stage. Nathan Aspinall, former UK Open champion will face Krzysztof Ratajski.
While Joe Cullen and Michael Smith in a mouthwatering clash will face off to end Stage Two proceedings in a game which depending on how the Main Stage pans out could find itself shifted.
Board Three sees Daryl Gurney and Adrian Lewis among the leading lights. John Brown will continue his run as well against Mark McGeeney.
Board Four will see a headlining clash between Ryan Joyce and James Wade. Jonny Clayton who has been picked by many to lift the title this week after his excellent start of the year will face Rowby-John Rodriguez.
While a recent first time ranking winner in Callan Rydz will start against Jermaine Wattimena.
Onto Board Five and Ian White will take on Ricky Evans in a likely quick fire affair. While Alan Soutar will have his first game of the day in the multi board area against Stephen Bunting.
Soutar impressed today with wins over Raymond van Barneveld and a 103 average against Mickey Mansell on the main stage and now has 'The Bullet' to dodge.
Board Six will see Devon Petersen (vs. Jeffrey de Zwaan), Simon Whitlock (vs. Karel Sedlacek) and Luke Woodhouse against Dimitri van den Bergh among the ties.
Nine-dart hero and Polish teenager, Sebastian Bialecki is set to face Mensur Suljovic. Gabriel Clemens and David Evans are also among those on Board 7 this evening.
While Scott Waites, John Henderson, Premier League champion Glen Durrant and a tie between Kim Huybrechts and Luke Humphries are on the final board.
