Goto defeated the likes of Man Lok Leung (4-3), Reynaldo Rivera (5-0) and Paolo Nebrida (5-1) on his way to the title, finishing second in the final standings. Lourence Ilagan finished first and may also go to the World Darts Championship.
The top four of the final ranking will receive an invitation to the event at Alexandra Palace. Paolo Nebrida took third place. Reynaldo Rivera and Man Lok Leung finished in fourth place with equal prize money, so a playoff match was organized to determine who would run away with the final World Championship spot. That playoff match was won 5-4 by Rivera.
