Harrington knocks out Noppert with victory over Warren

Ryan Harrington is through to the last sixteen in his debut year at the Grand Slam of Darts. The Animal demolished Wayne Warren 5-1 to book his place in the next round.

Harrington had qualification in his own hands, after Danny Noppert's defeat to Peter Wright. Noppert led 2-1 against the Scotsman, before Snakebite took four legs on the spin to claim the win.

That meant that Harrington needed a win against Warren to advance into the next round. He took a quick 4-1 lead, before finishing 56 to conclude the match.
