The Quarter-Final line-up has been completed at the
Gibraltar Darts Trophy with
Gabriel Clemens set to face
Damon Heta this evening for a spot in the semi-finals.
Both smashed their way through in one-sided routs as Heta in particular finally got a win over his recent nemesis in Joe Cullen who defeated him at the World Matchplay, a World Series tournament and a World Grand Prix.
But he took advantage of a poor display from 'The Rockstar' to seal a confidence boosting 6-1 win with a 92 average, two 180's and 42.9% on the doubles en route.
While for Clemens, his run also continues with a 6-1 win with 'The German Giant' taking apart Mensur Suljovic who has looked so good on his big stage return including defeating Gerwyn Price yesterday.
But he averaged just 83 with a telling 11.1% on the doubles which Clemens who wasn't at his best himself took full advantage of with two 180's, a high checkout of 142 and 6/18 on the outer ring and they will now meet later.
