From the 8th-16th November, the
Grand Slam of Darts is on the program. This major tournament will be extensively broadcast in the UK, with British fans able to watch all the action live on Sky Sports.
The Grand Slam is an event which always springs up surprises, with a mixed playing field of major champions, new faces from different Tours and continents, mixed with eight Tour Card qualifiers.
Luke Littler will be looking to defend his maiden major ranking title but will face stiff competition from the likes of
Luke Humphries,
Michael van Gerwen, Stephen Bunting, and others.
As always, the Grand Slam of Darts begins with the group stage, in which 32 players are divided into eight groups of four players. The top two players from the group then advance to the knockout phase. All group matches will be completed from Saturday, 8th November, through Tuesday, 11th November.
Wednesday, 12th November and Thursday, 13th November are then scheduled for the eight matches from the last 16, with four games played on both nights. The quarterfinals will then be completed on Friday, 14th November and Saturday, 15th November. Sunday afternoon, 16th November, the semifinals are scheduled, after which the final will be played in the evening where the winner will be crowned.
Elsewhere, it will be shown in Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Denmark, Bulgaria and Baltic States on Viaplay. DAZN show the tournament in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Sport1 also show the event in Germany. While Fox Sports are set to show it in Australia and Sky in New Zealand. With their groundbreaking partnership with Peacock and NBC, the USA will also show the event as part of a new deal with the platform.
As well as that, Nova in Czech Republic and Slovakia, Prago Sport in Hungary and VTM in Belgium also show the highly anticipated Grand Slam, remarked as one of the biggest darting events in the world.
