Lihao Wen will not make his debut tomorrow night at the PDC World Darts Championship with Peter Hudson set to take his place against Ritchie Edhouse.
Wen did not receive his visa in time to travel to the UK and has now been replaced by 'The Rock' who was next up on the reserve list.
The winner of that tie will face Gerwyn Price at the end of the opening night with the reigning champion being the main attraction.
It is a first appearance in the tournament since 2012/13 for Hudson who claimed his Tour Card back at the turn of the year.
Jeffrey de Zwaan is the next player up on the reserve list who will be involved if a player tests positive or cannot get to the UK.
