Humphries-Hopp, Van Duijvenbode-Heta and Rock-Lewis among Quarter-Finals at Players Championship 28

The Quarter-Finals are set at Players Championship 28 with the latter stages set to begin shortly in Barnsley with Luke Humphries, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Damon Heta and Adrian Lewis among those through.

Humphries eased past Chris Dobey 6-1 with a 100 average and will now face German ace, Max Hopp in his best run in a while. He is one of two Germans in the latter stages with Ricardo Pietreczko facing Ross Smith.

Heta will face Dirk van Duijvenbode after averaging 106 in easing past Kenny Neyens, while Van Duijvenbode produced 105 in edging past Jonny Clayton 6-5.

Josh Rock will face Lewis after the Northern Irishman saw off Jim Williams 6-3, while it was a 6-2 win over Berry van Peer for 'Jackpot'.
