Humphries-Hughes, Rodriguez-Noppert among Quarter-Finals at Players Championship 19

The Quarter-Finals are set at Players Championship 19 with Luke Humphries, the top seed in Barnsley still involved after edging out Dave Chisnall in a 6-5 win.

Next up is Jamie Hughes who continues to impress and saw off Brian Raman with a ridiculous 108 average in the process 6-3. But for 'Cool Hand Luke', it could be another meeting with Rowby-John Rodriguez.

Rodriguez eased past Krzysztof Ratajski 6-1 and will now face Danny Noppert who saw off Matt Campbell 6-3.

In a wide open bottom section though, Niels Zonneveld faces seventh seed Ryan Searle, while Associate Member, Lee Evans who is only in today faces Andrew Gilding but may find himself on the end of another masterclass from 'Goldfinger'.

Facing Martin Lukeman, he eased through 6-1 with a 109 average with the only leg 'Smash' getting being a 160 checkout.
