Damon Heta can still dream of a first ever PDC major title. The Australian is into the quarter-finals of the 2025 PDC Winmau World Masters, following a narrow 4-3 win over Gerwyn Price on Saturday afternoon in Milton Keynes.

Post-match though, Heta was delighted to reveal a positive update to his dream on owning a Rolex watch. After hitting a nine-darter during the 2025 PDC World Darts Championship, Heta was entitled to a £60,000 bonus from tournament sponsors Paddy Power. By the start of the Winmau World Masters though, the betting company still hadn't paid out.

After noting the fact he'd yet to be paid in his interviews though, Heta has now finally had his money. “Yeah, I had breakfast. Obviously, I checked the bank account in the morning, and it wasn’t there straight away," he explained after his win over Price. "And then after breakfast I checked the account, and the money was there.”

And as promised, the Aussie went straight to looking for a Rolex watch. “My heart did skip a beat when that (the money) left my account,” he laughs. “I don’t think I’ve ever purchased something so big, but I had to do it because I put it out there and I said things."

"I’m a man of my word, so I just went for it. As soon as that money went in (from Paddy Power) I thought let’s go to the shop. And yeah, sure enough, Milton Keynes had a dealer, and I just bought one mate,” concludes The Heat.

Notably, in the quarter-finals of the 2025 PDC Winmau World Masters, Heta is now set to face off against the world number one Luke Humphries. The former world champion overcame Josh Rock in his own round of 16 tie, setting up an inriguing quarter-final clash
