Wattimena broke Smith in the fourth leg with a beautiful 86 finish and then made it 4-1 with a stunning 12-darter. Via a 14-darter and a 17-darter, Wattimena eventually won 6-2.
The match between Ricardo Pietreczko and Luke Woodhouse was a lot more exciting. Woodhouse led 3-1, but was trailing 5-3 four legs later. He came back to 5-5, but Pietreczko then decided the match with a 16-darter.
