Luke Littler and Luke Humphries among those to head to Middle East for World Series of Darts

The PDC has announced the full lineup for the Bahrain Darts Masters. The first World Series tournament of the season will be played in Bahrain on Jan. 18 and 19.

Earlier it was announced that Luke Littler and Luke Humphries, among others, would be in action in the Middle East. The PDC is sending teenage sensation Littler in that direction to further promote the sport there. Michael van Gerwen will also be in action, although 'Mighty Mike' will not be joined by another Dutchman.

The field of participants consists of sixteen players. In the first round, the eight PDC top players will play against one of the Asian players. In addition to Van Gerwen, Littler and Humphries, Michael Smith, Nathan Aspinall, Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross and Peter Wright are also representing the PDC at the Bahrain Darts Masters.

The Asian representation includes Lourence Ilagan, Paolo Nebrida, Reynaldo Rivera, Man Lok Leung, Haruki Muramatsu, Tomoya Goto, Abdulla Saeed and Hasan Haji. The last two names are from the home country.
