The Quarter-Finals are set at the
World Series of Darts Finals with no real massive shocks to perform albeit still a mixed bag for
Luke Littler,
Michael van Gerwen, Luke Humphries and
Gerwyn Price on Saturday in Amsterdam.
Littler fell over the line at the
World Series of Darts Finals as he saw off Jonny Clayton who missed a myriad of darts to force a decider, Humphries was superb as he took down Kevin Doets while Van Gerwen with his back against the wall took down Rob Cross.
Follow the 2025 World Series of Darts Finals via our live scores!Josh Rock though is where it begins with perhaps the best display of the night. He averaged north of 107 as he continued to show why he is one of the hottest commodities in the world of darts right now. Facing Danny Noppert, the Dutchman averaged over 100 but he couldn't muster much in return as Rock won in just over 10 minutes to send 'The Freeze' frozen solid out in Amsterdam.
Rock hit an 82 checkout to break and go 2-0 up early on and added double eight from 25 to make it 3-0. He was averaging 104. If a statement is what Rock wanted in front of Noppert's home crowd. He got it as he soon moved one away. He broke with a 14-darter on double 1 and held with a 106 checkout.
A break is what he got with an 11-darter. A major title has long been mooted for Rock and it could come this weekend as he showed the other top names how to do it. Mike de Decker though was the one who started the night.

'The Real Deal' edged through Damon Heta 6-4 to book his final day spot. He surged into a 3-0 lead and he hit a 76 checkout to go 3-1 up. De Decker though has had a leg chipped off as Heta hit 58 for 3-2. Going 4-2 up with a 91 checkout for a 12-darter. He hit double six to go 5-3 up and Heta couldn't take a break of throw as De Decker claimed it 6-4.
It was then Luke Humphries turn as it wasn't easy but he flicked the switch in the end to deny Hawkeye Kevin Doets 6-4. Humphries started superbly with a 129 checkout but Doets broken straight back as Humphries couldn't pin 114.
After missing 164, Doets returned for 2-1 only for Humphries to return for a 96 checkout for a 12-darter for 2-2. Humphries broke for 3-2 with a 97 checkout and was soon two up hitting double 20 for 4-2. Doets fought back though as he claimed parity. Albeit Humphries turned on the afterburners with a 12-dart 81 checkout for 5-4. He sealed the deal with a 76 checkout.
Darting drama and abject Menzies
While perhaps the match that delivered the most darting drama was Rob Cross v Michael van Gerwen as MVG produced incredible last leg heroics. Cross hit an 81 checkout to open up. Van Gerwen missed darts to hold before converting at 1-1 but Cross missed darts to break and MVG came back to make it 1-1. Van Gerwen broke with a 92 checkout to make it 3-2 but isn't able to get away as Cross broke with a 13-darter on his favourite double 18. MVG was sat then on 3/10 on the doubles. Cross held pinning double 16 for 4-3.
But MVG was back. Hitting 108 to make it 4-4 with Cross sat on 167. Cross went one away but Van Gerwen pulled out a 122 checkout to force a decider. An epic 177 pulled Cross out the mire and he left 114. He took aim, one dart at double 20 and he missed it. Van Gerwen looked at 111 and pinned it for a heroic win.

The same couldn't be achieved by Raymond van Barneveld as Gerwyn Price took him down. Barney held early but a 112 checkout from Price saw him level. Van Barneveld missed 81 to hold but returned with Price only able to pressure with a 134. He pinned double six for 2-1. Barney broke but Price hit back for 3-3. An 81 checkout on the bull, averaging 109 saw him go 4-3 up. But after surviving the mid match scare, Van Barneveld only sealed one more leg as Price moved through.
Chris Dobey did too but it was a bit of a horror show as Cameron Menzies produced the lowest average in World Series Finals history of 66 and 'Hollywood' was dragged into the mire with pretty awful doubling also from both. But he still won 6-1.
Littler survives against Clayton
Luke Littler could've been out fairly easily too as Clayton missed darts to force a decider. He went 3-0 up early with a 117 checkout and Littler only just got on the board. Albeit Clayton missed chances to go 4-1 up and Littler took it and romped forward. Littler turned it around to some tune with a 75 checkout for 4-3. Littler hit a 12-darter for 5-3 and despite Clayton making it 5-4, Littler was throwing for the win.
A win he got as Clayton missed chance after chance again no doubt he'll be kicking himself. While finally Ross Smith moves into the final day as he took down Aspinall's conqueror Dave Chisnall. Early breaks from both cancelled out, Smith hit double nine for 3-2 and consolidated for 4-2.
Chisnall broke back for 4-4 but Smith was relinquishing the lead as he took out double four for 5-4. Smith couldn't hit 110 but Chisnall missed 94 and Smith sealed the win. One more day to go who scoops the title.
