Luke Littler misses Nordic Darts Masters due to family commitments

The PDC announced on Wednesday which eight players will be in action on behalf of the PDC at the Nordic Darts Masters in June. The usual Premier League lineup, except Luke Littler's name was missing.

So the English teenage sensation will not be in action during the World Series tournament in Denmark. There is a reason for this, according to the PDC. ''Bahrain Darts Masters champion Luke Littler will not compete in the Danish capital this year due to family commitments,'' the association reported in a press release.

Littler does compete in the US Darts Masters in New York on May 31 and June 1. Earlier this year, the Englishman played at the World Series tournaments in Bahrain and Den Bosch. He managed to win the first tournament, while Littler lost to Michael van Gerwen in the final of the Dutch Darts Masters.
