Luke Littler posted nearly 175 (!) average in certain statistic against Michael van Gerwen

Luke Littler managed a 114 average win over Michael van Gerwen in Premier League Darts last Thursday. In Nottingham, it was 6-2 for Littler, despite Van Gerwen himself throwing 110 average.

Scoring-wise, it was almost absurd what the 17-year-old Englishman showed. The X-account Darts Behind The Oche calculated that Littler managed to score an average of 174.63 points in his second throw of each leg.

Indeed, in six of the eight legs, Littler managed to throw a 180 score in his second turn. Once, "The Nuke" followed up his opening turn with a 140 score, while he also threw a 177 score once in his second turn.
