Luke Littler predicts home win for Lando Norris at F1 British Grand Prix

Silverstone will host the British Formula One Grand Prix this weekend. Luke Littler went there to take a gander before the action gets underway this weekend.

Littler become a worldwide sensation after the World Championship. As a result, the 17-year-old is regularly invited to all kinds of major events.

Such was the case at Silverstone, where free practice sessions for the British Grand Prix took place this Friday. Littler then got a chance to talk there with British driver Lando Norris, who is currently second behind Max Verstappen in the battle for the championship.

"It's my first time," said Littler. "I don't really watch it. I watch a little bit but I think Lando (Norris) wins it."

Littler is also a big football fan, so he was asked about England's chances at the European Championship, where they take on Switzerland in the quarter-finals on Saturday. "I think Gareth needs to pick what the fans want. We all know what we want and what players we need. That's what he needs to do," he laughed.

"If we get the right players in and the right formation for the Switzerland game I think we will be alright."

Littler was otherwise unsuccessful this week at Players Championships 13 and 14, each time going down early. Yet 'The Nuke' starts next week as one of the absolute favorites for the World Matchplay. In the opening round he takes on Michael van Gerwen in a real cracker;
