Luke Littler recently made a special impression at the World Darts Championship. The 16-year-old reached the final there, in which he lost 7-4 to Luke Humphries.
Littler, like any self-respecting darter, has a walk-on song. "It was from WrestleMania 33, back in 2017. I went over [to Orlando, Florida] with my Dad; it was unbelievable," Littler said.
'The Nuke' posted on X a post about that event, in which he also indicated he was a fan of American wrestler John Cena, widely regarded as one of the best wrestlers of all time.
Cena had noticed the post immediately, and the admiration appeared to be mutual. Indeed, he posted on Instagram a photo of Luke Littler, where he revealed that he was impressed by the performance of the super-talent.
Littler is currently enjoying a well-deserved holiday and may return to action in early February when the Premier League Darts kicks off in Cardiff.
