Luke Littler reveals he threw his first darts at the age of one-and-a-half in a nappy

Luke Littler recently got to sit in on Jonathan Ross' talk show. There, 'The Nuke' sat alongside rock icon Liam Gallagher and Stone Roses guitarist John Squire.

Littler said during the interview that one of the strangest requests since his participation in the World Championship came from supermarket chain Iceland, which wanted to put Littler's face on kebabs.

That request came after Littler revealed after his opening victory against Christian Kist in Ally Pally that he would celebrate that victory with kebab and a can of Fanta. The teenage sensation also reaffirmed that he hardly does any practice hours and prefers to spend his free time playing games on the Xbox.

Also, Littler revealed that he was about 18 months old when he threw his first darts in a nappy. “I don’t remember it but my dad said we were in the pound shop and I was in the trolley and I just picked a magnetic dart board out.

“And I still think to this day…imagine if I hadn’t picked up that dart board. At the age of nine and ten my dad said 'let’s hang up your boots, I can see your potential in darts'. And I was like, I just wanna play football. But seven years on, it’s paid off'', Littler added.
