Luke Littler takes spectacular last-leg win over Rob Cross; Luke Humphries through at the expense of Peter Wright in Berlin

Luke Littler and Luke Humphries followed Michael van Gerwen and Michael Smith into the semi-finals during the second round of play at the Premier League Darts in Berlin.

Littler was too strong for Rob Cross after a spectacular match thanks to an average of 104.20. A 12-darter in the fourth leg gave Littler a 3-1 lead, but Cross came back to 3-3 with a 68 finish and a 15-darter.

With an 11-darter and a 13-darter, Littler then held his own legs, while Cross then also held his leg twice for a 5-5 interval. Then Littler threw a 13-darter in the final leg for the win.

Humphries then beat Peter Wright with an average of 103.63. 'Snakebite' could briefly hope for a good result after he broke Humphries in the fifth leg with a 68 finish, but Wright then immediately surrendered his leg as well.

Both men then held their own leg before Humphries made it 5-4 with a 70 finish. Wright then left 41 after 12 arrows in his own leg, but the Scot did not get a chance to throw for 5-5. With an 11-darter, Humphries managed to pull the game his way.
