Luke Littler can fill his mantelpiece quite a bit. On the final night of the World Darts Championship, he secured two trophy, the most important being, of course, the Sid Waddell Trophy.

Littler crowned himself the new world champion of darts after finishing off Michael van Gerwen (7-3) in the final. At just 17 years old, "The Nuke" became the youngest world champion in the history of darts.

However, the 17-year-old teenage sensation also received the Ballon d'Art. This award is a nod to the Ballon d'Or, the prize awarded annually to the best soccer player of the year. However, the Ballon d'Art is a noble initiative, as the underlying idea is to raise a lot of money for charity.

For every 180 score during the World Darts Championship, tournament sponsor Paddy Power will transfer a sum of 1,000 pounds to Prostate Cancer UK, a charity in the United Kingdom. Moreover, with each nine-darter, 60,000 was also added to the total amount, something that happened twice.

Littler accounted for a total of 76 180s during the PDC World Darts Championship, including 12 in his final against Van Gerwen. This is not a record, as Michael Smith threw a total of 83 180s during the 2022 World Darts Championship. However, Littler did personally ensure that 76,000 pounds will go to charity.

Van Gerwen was also well on target with 56 maximum scores. Behind Van Gerwen, Callan Rydz (43), Chris Dobey (41) and Kevin Doets (28) complete the top five. During the 2025 World Darts Championship, a total of 907 maximum scores were thrown, good for 907,000 pounds. To this must be added 120,000 pounds because of the nine darters by Christian Kist and Damon Heta, bringing the total proceeds to 1,027,000 pounds.
