Michael van Gerwen makes history and becomes first ever darter to win 300 matches on Euro Tour

Michael van Gerwen's 6-0 victory over Joe Cullen at the German Darts Grand Prix provided a nice milestone for 'Mighty Mike' . He became the first darter ever to win three hundred matches on the European Tour.

Since 2012, the PDC has been organizing tournaments in continental Europe, which can be followed via stream and nowadays also on television. Van Gerwen has now won 36 of these Euro Tour tournaments, by far the most of any of them.
No other player has recorded any two hundred wins at all on the Euro Tour. Peter Wright follows in second place with 188 wins, while Dave Chisnall stands at 155 wins. Behind that are Michael Smith (134) and James Wade (128). According to TheRedBit180, only 12 players have won at least 100 matches on the Euro Tour.
