The PDC Women's Series returns this weekend at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes and over 100 of the finest female throwers will be present, battling it out.
With spots at the second ever Women's World Matchplay up for grabs, Beau Greaves, who has been utterly dominant on the Women's Series ever since her debut, has all but guaranteed herself a place at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool in July.
The only woman to beat Beau Greaves at a PDC Women's Series event, Mikuru Suzuki is also almost certain of qualification for the World Matchplay having reached the final of seven of the last twelve events dating back to last year.
The likes of Lisa Ashton and Fallon Sherrock will both also be involved and although Ashton, the most successful player in Women's Series history is currently sitting pretty in 3rd in the provisional Women’s World Matchplay qualification race, Sherrock still has some work to do if she is to guarantee a return to Blackpool.
Last year Sherrock took the inaugural Women's World Matchplay title with a victory in the final against Aileen de Graaf. The Dutchwoman herself also looks likely of securing a return to the Winter Gardens.
Events 5-6 of this year's Women's Series will take place on Saturday May 13, before Events 7-8 round off the weekend’s action on Sunday May 14 with it being available to watch to subscribers of PDC.tv
