"My game is there, I’m playing really well": Price hopes for confidence boosting win at Nordic Darts Masters

Gerwyn Price begins his campaign at the Nordic Darts Masters in Copenhagen against Benjamin Drue Reus as he aims to continue his impressive form which saw him finish as the runner up at the Bahrain Darts Masters last week.
Price believes he is playing well and that he can take confidence going forward if he can seal a first title of the season in Copenhagen.

“I love doing well in the World Series and promoting the sport all around the world,” said Price.
“I’m going to take each tournament as it comes. I think I’ve slipped up by concentrating too much on the big TV events, and you can lose sight on the tournaments that are right in front of you.
“It is always nice to win, and winning breeds confidence. My game is there, I’m playing really well, so fingers crossed it happens for me."

- It happens. Remember, anyone who has watched German and Dutch players in matches - their respective countries will have seen/heard just as bad jeering (if not worse). - Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media. I blame the PDC to a certain extent though doubt they really care as they win regardless of which player wins or loses.Mysstree16-11-2024

I even turned to my husband and said "Could you imagine this happening if Russ Bray was the referee tonight? At least there would have been a crowd admonishment- Ladies and Gentleman please."
