Nathan Aspinall and
Josh Rock recorded their second victory Sunday afternoon at the
Grand Slam of Darts, securing a spot in the knockout phase of this tournament.
Beau Greaves' victory over Ricardo Pietreczko allowed Aspinall to secure a place in the next round against Damon Heta. 'The Asp' did not get into trouble for a moment against Heta, defeating the Australian 5-2 thanks to an average of 95 and a finishing percentage of 50 percent.

The German can no longer make it to the second round. Greaves and Heta are both on two points, so they will decide among themselves who will advance to the last sixteen with Aspinall.
Josh Rock earned his second win in Group B. The Northern Irishman was 5-1 significantly too strong for Jonny Clayton, who had a very mediocre performance with an average of 82.
This result leaves 'Rocky' as the only player on four points in his pool. Clayton is together with Chris Dobey on two points, followed by Berry van Peer with zero points. Van Peer suffered his second defeat Sunday afternoon against Dobey and is therefore out of this group. Dobey and Clayton still have to play each other. The winner of that match qualifies for the knockout stage.
