Another eight matches are scheduled Sunday night at the Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton. The players in groups A-C-E-G will appear on stage to finish the second group match.
On Sunday, the players who won their first game will play against each other; the two losers will also face each other. This way, the chance for excitement during the final group game is the greatest.

In the first match of the evening, Dirk van Duijvenbode takes on Steve Lennon. Despite physical discomfort, 'Aubergenius' came close to a victory over Gary Anderson on Saturday, but in the end, the win went to the Scot 5-4. Van Duijvenbode will just want to put up another good match against Lennon. With a win over the Irishman, there is a good chance that the Dutchman will finish third in his group, which is more money for the ranking than a fourth place. In this pool Luke Humphries and Gary Anderson also face each other to close the night. The winner of that match will almost certainly qualify for the last sixteen.
James Wade will face Nathan Girvan, the weaker brother in Group A. After his defeat to Krzysztof Ratajski, Wade needs a win to stay in the race. Ratajski will face defending champion and world champion Michael Smith later in the evening.
The two highest seeded players in Group E lost their opening match on Saturday and so Peter Wright and Dave Chisnall take on each other. Wright has some ground to make up after his painful 5-1 defeat against Stowe Buntz, while Chisnall went down against Stephen Bunting. So 'The Bullet' will now face American qualifier Buntz.
Group G is the pool with two Dutchmen. Martijn Kleermaker is first up. After his narrow loss against Rob Cross (5-4) he now meets Fallon Sherrock. The latter had to acknowledge her superiority in an excellent Michael van Gerwen on Saturday. The three-time Grand Slam winner will play Cross and with a win over the former world champion can qualify for the second round at this tournament.
