The next semi-finalist is confirmed at the World Series of Darts Finals with Danny Noppert moving through in Amsterdam with victory over Ian White.

For White, his Quarter-Final curse continues of him never getting past that point in a TV major and he nearly moved through in bizarre circumstances.
Noppert missed 12 match darts allowing Ian White to force a decider from 9-5 down; but it was the Dutchman who held his nerve to seal a 10-9 victory.
White started the match by missing multiple darts and this allowed Noppert to go 3-2 up at the first interval. He returned to the foray and hit a 121 checkout to go 4-2 up and from there he struck another blow going 6-3 up with a 102 checkout.
Six out of the last seven legs went the way of 'Noppie' as he went 7-3 up at the next interval; meaning White was sinking without a trace.
Despite Noppert going 8-3 up, White broke throw and made it 8-4 to ask the question; but the former claimed a pivotal leg to go one away at 9-5.
This is when the misses began as he squandered eight match darts allowing White to break back and go 9-7 behind.
He had missed eleven match darts at 9-9; but it was Noppert that finally fell over the line to move through on home soil.
