"Not sure I will ever play in this event again": Price makes explosive statement after being dumped out by Clemens at PDC World Darts Championship

Gerwyn Price has been dumped out of the PDC World Darts Championship after defeat to Gabriel Clemens with the top seed at the Alexandra Palace even donning ear protectors for a time during the match.

Price as usual took to Instagram to share his frustration at losing to Clemens saying he doesn't think he will ever play in the tournament again after not being allowed to play.

This of course will be making reference to the heavy German contingent at the Ally Pally who were vociferous behind their man.

"So frustrating you play all year round preparing for this one tournament. So gutted I wasn't let play but good luck everyone left in," said 'The Iceman' on his Instagram.

"Not sure I will ever play in this event again," he concluded.
