"Not to lose my card" - Dom Taylor clear on his goals for next two years after victory on final day of Q-School

Dom Taylor will be in action on the Pro Tour for the next two years. The Englishman captured a PDC Tour Card on the final day of Q-School by defeating Joshua Richardson 6-1 in the final.

The 25-year-old Englishman had already performed well in the first three days of Q-School but to win a card outright was the perfect way to cap things off. "It's tough, as tough as you can get. Especially with the new format they've got with two stages. You've got to turn up and play your A-game from the start," Taylor told the PDC post-match.

When asked what his goals for the next two years will be, Taylor is clear. "Not to lose my card," he answers coolly. "Literally. As long as I stay within the barrier that means I can keep my card, I'll be happy."
