The PDC Order of Merit has been updated after the 2021 World Matchplay with Peter Wright the victor strengthening his lead on Michael van Gerwen further inside the top three.
The winner of the World Matchplay in the case of Wright receives £150,000 meaning now 'Snakebite' has headed further over the £1m mark at £1,112,250 compared to £982,750 for Van Gerwen.
A push towards World Number One could be on the cards for Wright with £1,294,000 currently for Price but with the Scot defending his World title from two years ago this time around, he will likely have to win the title to stay in the top two.

Further down, Dimitri van den Bergh as a result moved further up the rankings into a career high fifth after reaching the final in Blackpool with James Wade next in his sights with just under £10,000 needed to be made up for the Belgian to reach his next milestone.
Further down, Dave Chisnall and Jose de Sousa have took advantage of Michael Smith not defending his money moving into 7th and 8th both up two places.
While Nathan Aspinall and Krzysztof Ratajski (#10 and #11) have also moved up further with Rob Cross down seven places to 12th after failing to defend his title and going out early on.
Other fallers include Glen Durrant (15th) down three and Daryl Gurney (joint 16th) down two.
Dirk van Duijvenbode has moved further towards the top 20 into 21st while Luke Humphries is up into 27th (up four places) and Brendan Dolan (up two) to 28th.
