The US Darts Masters will also be part of the World Series of Darts in 2024. The PDC has scheduled a spot for the event on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1 at New York's iconic Madison Square Garden.
It will be the third visit to New York for the World Series circuit. From 2017 to 2019, Las Vegas hosted the US Darts Masters, but after the corona pandemic, the PDC made the switch to New York in 2022.
Thousands of American fans watched this year as Michael van Gerwen claimed the title by defeating Jeff Smith in the final. In 2022, the title was won by Michael Smith, who did beat Van Gerwen then.
In addition to the US Darts Masters, the North American Championship will also be finished at Madison Square Garden. Eight North American darters will compete for the overall victory during that tournament, with a starting spot for the World Darts Championship waiting for the winner.
