Nathan Aspinall and
Peter Wright have completed the semi-final lineup this Thursday night on the latest stop off of the 2024
Premier League Darts in Belfast.
In a nip-and-tuck game between Aspinall and
Gerwyn Price, the closely fought tie went all the way to a deciding leg after ten consecutive holds of throw. In the decider, Aspinall had the advantage of throw and that fact proved key as despite averaging 94.06 to Price's 99.95, it was the World Matchplay champion who triumphed 6-5.
In the semi-finals, Aspinall will face off against Peter Wright, who managed to claim just his second victory of the 2024 Premier League Darts campaign, via a 6-3 win over
Rob Cross in the last quarter-final match up of the evening.
