World champion Luke Humphries, teenage sensation Luke Littler and defending champion Michael van Gerwen are the big crowd-pleasers at this year's Poland Darts Masters.
The World Series circuit returns to Poland on June 14 and 15. The first edition took place last year in Warsaw, but the event has been moved to Gliwice for the upcoming edition.
At the Poland Darts Masters, eight PDC stars will take on eight Eastern European players. Much of the field of participants has now been announced. The PDC players comprise the eight players who also participate in the Premier League Darts.
Among them, then, is Littler, who will make his debut on Polish soil. Furthermore, Van Gerwen will also be in action. The Dutchman was supreme at last year's Poland Darts Masters by winning the tournament thanks to two 110+ averages. Luke Humphries, Peter Wright, Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross, Nathan Aspinall and Michael Smith will also travel to Poland.
All five Eastern European Tour Card holders are also invited. These are Krzysztof Ratajski, Radek Szaganski, Adam Gawlas, Karel Sedlacek and Boris Krcmar. Sebastian Bialecki earned a spot by winning a qualifying tournament in Poland. Another Polish qualifying tournament will be played later this year, while another qualifier will take place in Hungary.
