Premier League champion Durrant has tested positive for Coronavirus and will miss International Darts Open

Glen Durrant tested positive for the Coronavirus this week. As a result, the newly crowned Premier League champion had to withdraw from the International Darts Open.

In addition to Duzza, more players have pulled out for the International Darts Open. Earlier it became clear that Kyle Anderson, Peter Wright and Niels Zonneveld would not participate in the European Tour tournament in Riesa. Dirk van Duijvenbode and Ryan Murray have also decided not to attend this event.

As a result, eight players will come from the Host Nation Qualifier in Riesa on Thursday night to complete the 48-player field for this weekend's event.
